Refund policy

Every shirt is printed just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

But if something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item, email hello@willowoakroad.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — no hassle.

If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, reach out and we'll track it down with you.
